I have known Rachel Shute for almost a year now and her character has remained cheerful and eager to please. She is very organised and communicates efficiently. She has a very easy manner about her that makes her very easy to get on with and she takes everything calmly in her stride which is really helpful when dealing with children with disabilities.
Above all she is resourced with kindness and patience which is most needed and reassuring when leaving your special child in her capable care. When leaving my son with her and arriving back to the house not only was my son happy but my house was tidy too as she’d cleaned up after him, always a bonus! My son warmed to her instantly and I would have no problem recommending her to anyone.
