Rowan and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for your wonderful support of Elaine and Tim over the last 12 months, you have really improved her life experience. It has been a huge relief to her family to know that you are working with her and caring for her in a friendly manner. She views you both as her friends, she looks forward to seeing you, and generally engages well with you. I have known Rachel Shute for almost a year now and her character has remained cheerful and eager to please. She is very organised and communicates efficiently. She has a very easy manner about her that makes her very easy to get on with and she takes everything calmly in her stride which is really helpful when dealing with children with disabilities.
Above all she is resourced with kindness and patience which is most needed and reassuring when leaving your special child in her capable care. When leaving my son with her and arriving back to the house not only was my son happy but my house was tidy too as she’d cleaned up after him, always a bonus! My son warmed to her instantly and I would have no problem recommending her to anyone.
